Kelly has worked in the Health and Social care sectors for almost 15 years, operating at Board level for the last 12 of these years. With Human Resources as her foundation, Kelly has worked in various senior roles in a national social care organisation , including HR Director, Acquisitions Director, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. Responsible for the day to day running of Lucas Love Healthcare, Kelly is passionate about providing high quality care and services via the high calibre of staff we engage.
Stuart joined Lucas Love Healthcare in April 2017 and has extensive experience as a Manager in Critical Care, Neurosurgical and Independent (Older People) Care environments. Stuart also holds an accreditation in Hyperbaric Medicine and Tissue Viability, Organ Donation and Travel Health Medicine. Stuart’s experience in healthcare coordination, quality assurance, risk management and knowledge of professional practice issues relevant to the health care assists all operations within LLHC.
Catherine joined Lucas Love Healthcare in 2018, having previously worked as a Group Accountant in a national social care company. Catherine has over 10 years’ experience working within a large finance department in the private sector. Catherine studied at Queen Margaret University Edinburgh receiving a BA (Hons) in Business Management. Catherine then went on to study with Accounting Technicians Ireland 2008 and Chartered Accountants Ireland 2015. Catherine’s role involves working alongside the Managing Director, customers and employees to ensure a professional and efficient finance department.
Teresa has over 5 years experience in the financial market. She is responsible for working alongside the Finance Director, leading the payroll team and assisting with sales, purchase ledger and general finance administration.
Teresa previously worked for a well known Accountancy and Insolvency firm in Belfast before joining Lucas Love Healthcare in April 2013.
NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Sinead is a Registered General Nurse. She trained at the City Hospital and the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, specialising in the Nursing care of the Adult Patient. Sinead has extensive management experience in both Domiciliary and Nursing Home Management.
Sinead was a finalist in the RCN Nurse of the Year in 2009. She was voted the Dementia Nurse of the year for the Dementia Centre Ni in 2009 and IHCP Registered Manager of the Year in 2008.
Gloria joined Lucas Love Healthcare in January 2016. With over 15 years of experience working in various roles of healthcare she has acquired a wealth of knowledge in healthcare and business development. Gloria’s strength is her passion for healthcare and her ability to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones. She is also responsible for recruitment of experienced and skilled healthcare staff.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Kerry has been working in Healthcare since 2013 and has a wealth of experience in the recruitment and placement of healthcare professionals and working with external providers to ensure staffing levels are adequate and the quality of care is of the highest standard. She has experience in managing and coordinating specialist services as well as teams of recruiters, coordinators and healthcare professionals . Kerry initially studied Business Management with Marketing and later completed a Post Graduate course in Human Resource Management with the CIPD becoming an Associate Member.
REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER
Nicola qualified as a Nurse in 1994 and has had extensive experience in the private nursing sector in Northern Ireland, with 16 years being as a Home Manager in a private Nursing Home. Nicola’s particular interest is the field of Learning Disability, the care of the Elderly Client and those with a Dementia.
